Terms and Conditions

Venues catering to guest number greater than 75 are recommended to upgrade speaker to 12" 300W, for an additional $50.00.


Minimum 3 hour gig.


We are not registered to pay GST and therefore don't charge it. We do have an ABN number which appears on all invoices.


Client is responsible for Karaoke Hosts safety. It is the clients responsibility to ensure a clear and safe area for equipment set up and staging. Karaoke Samurai will not be held liable or responsible for any damage or injury caused to persons at the venue where karaoke equipment is set up.


Customers will need to provide a unloading area within 50 meters of set up area, and advise if there are stairs or other access issues. We allow half an hour for set up which is more than enough with reasonable access. Delays in setting up caused by access issues are not our responsibility, and will not result in extending a gigs finish time and may require us to pack up earlier to stay on schedule. Please make us aware of access issues in advance as it will allow us to prepare and minimise delays.


We require a parking spot. If no free street parking is readily available (within 100 meters of venue) and paid parking is required, it will be at the customers expense. City parking is generally $65.00, and will be added to the price. If we are required to pay for parking we will reduce service time to compensate.


If there are any stairs or any other obstruction to setting up we need to be informed prior to organising an arrival time. I allow half an hour for set up. This is reasonable time if there are no impediments to setting up. Karaoke Samurai can not be held responsible for delays setting up caused by the afore mentioned obstacles.


Sound quality can vary based on venue acoustics. While the host will do all within there capacity to achieve the best reasonable sound quality. Distortions can be caused by venue acoustics. Therefore we take no responsibility for this.


The invoice for the provision of our service must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. The payment must have cleared and be in our account prior to the commencement of the event, otherwise will will require payment in cash before setting up. We will refund any over payment this may cause.


Payment and Acceptance of Terms::


Payment can be made by cash on the night direct deposit or Credit-card (Master-card or Visa) using the Paypal payment gateway. I will e-mail the exact payment instructions when required. It's very straight forward. There is a 3.4% processing fee for Paypal payments.


Process fee does not apply to the refunded bond. If paying by direct deposit allow 2 bank working days for processing. Cheques are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in advance.


Payment will be required to confirm the hire booking and must be made in full prior to delivery. Client understands that payment of the invoice indicates acceptance of these terms.
