Terms and Conditions

For "Do it Yourself" Packages

System hire charge is: $160 this is regardless as to whether you take whole or part of the system.


Delivery price may be higher for areas in excess of 30 km from Sydney CBD, or half an hour drive time (as determined by google maps) from our Annandale office. This price should been seen as an approximate cost. Tolls or delivery in peek traffic times may affect this. Peak traffic times are 7.30 a.m. till 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. till 7.30 p.m.


These prices are for a 48 hour hire period. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties.


Delivery and Unloading Terms:

An unloading area is required. This can be a nearby parking spot (with in 100 meters of set up location) or a loading dock. However, if there is no parking freely available we need to charge an additional $50 to cover parking, and the time it takes to find a park, which can be quite considerable in the city. Failure to notify us that there is no free parking or unloading area will in most case result in equipment not being delivered. Failure to deliver equipment under these circumstances is not grounds for a refund.


Bond:

There is a $500.00 bond which which is required. This bond will be refunded once system has been returned and found to be in working order. Any required replacement and repair expenses for the system will be taken from the bond. Bond less any deductions outline previously should be returned within 3 working days. Bond will be refunded to the bank account or credit card from which it was paid or it can be direct deposited into a nominated bank account. If paid in cash it will be returned in cash or it can be direct deposited into a nominated bank account. Customer is to notify us how they would like the bond refunded.


Refunds:

We will consider refunds under the following conditions. Customer found equipment faulty and gave clear instructions how to replicate the fault. Equipment is set up prior to the event/party in a quiet area so speaker and microphone volume levels are appropriate. The fault must be replicated by us for a refund to be considered. Customer has not removed Karaoke machine from the road case it came in. The outputs have not been removed from the Karaoke Machine. And the customer has called 1800 628 638 and reported the problem when it occurred giving us opportunity to resolve the problem over the phone. Customer has followed the instructions when setting up.


Payment and Acceptance of Terms:

Payment can be made by cash or Mastercard or Visa using the Paypal payment gateway. I will e-mail the exact payment instructions when required. It's very straightforward. Other payment options can be organised if the hire date is more than a week away. All Paypal payments incur a 3.4% processing fee.


Full payment is required prior to delivery. Client understands that payment of the invoice indicates acceptance of these terms. These terms will also appear on the invoice.
